"Natalie helped me with canceling my insurance on one vehicle and added insurance on another vehicle. She was very pleasant and helpful. I’m a senior and don’t always understand the first time around. Natalie was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything. I will certainly request her If I need something in the future.
